Despite tough global economic conditions, 2013 was a good year for IKEA Group. And as you will see from the IKEA Group yearly summary film, we were very busy. Sales grew by more than 3%; we opened five new stores; sold 22 million LED products and launched our new kitchen system, METOD, in the Nordic region. All of this, and much more, was made possible by all the fantastic IKEA Group co-workers. But the hard work isn't over. Through our 2020 strategy IKEA Group remains committed to generating outstanding value, to building new stores and achieving sales of €50 billion by 2020.
